We are looking for a Manager Order Engineering & Documentation Tuning Center KBC (f/m/d) to lead and further develop our order engineering and technical documentation activities. In this role, you will coordinate cross‑functional processes and ensure the efficient preparation of technical documentation while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The position is based at our Köstendorf location.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Technical and managerial leadership of the team in the Order Engineering & Technical Documentation department
  • Management and coordination of order-related processes
  • Ensuring the timely preparation and delivery of technical documentation with optimization and further development of processes, tools and standards
  • Interface management between Sales, Operations, Purchasing and Service
  • Resource planning and capacity management within the area of responsibility and support in preparing quotations and clarifying technical aspects of customer requirements

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Technical qualification (TU/FH/HTL) in mechanical engineering
  • Experience working with CAD software (Creo) is desirable and Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP)
  • Analytical and business-minded approach
  • Experience in managing employees with excellent communication skills, structured and organised working style
  • Business English mandatory

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 60.962,30 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
