We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head Chef with a specialization in Chinese Cuisine to join our team in Vienna. Our production kitchen serves high-end airline clients and we are looking for someone with relevant experience in cooking Chinese cuisine in similar operations.

- Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and consistency
- Manage stock and ordering supplies, including authentic Chinese ingredients, ensuring that all products are fresh and of the highest quality
- Continually review and improve processes to ensure maximum efficiency and quality of output
- Ensuring the timely delivery of food, while maintaining the highest levels of quality and consistency
- Managing and training a team of skilled chefs and kitchen staff
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Maintaining the highest levels of food safety and sanitation standards
- Travel to international events (Formula 1, UEFA Champions League Final, ATP Madrid, etc.)
WAS SIE MITBRINGEN
- Minimum of 5 years‘ experience in high-end operations cooking Chinese cuisine
- In-depth knowledge of Chinese ingredients, techniques, and flavours
- Experience in managing a team of kitchen staff
- Ability to create and develop menus that showcase both traditional and innovative Chinese cuisine
- Excellent communication in English – Chinese is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
